We have used error handler in the code. It shows as Error 6 on # line number.

variable = function(x,y)

It occuring at the variable assignment where variable is declared as an integer. I suppose the error may be caused due to exceeding of maximum range limit for an integer.

However, my question is why it is working in version 7 and not compatible in version 9.

Meanwhile i'll try to debug the code by declaring the variable as long.
